License Agreement

This CD-ROM (henceforth referred to as “the Teacher’s Resource CD-ROM”) contains electronic versions of the Nelson Mathematics 11 student text, Teacher’s Resource and Solutions Manual, as well as ancillary interactive examples

Launching the Teacher’s Resource CD-ROM constitutes your agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Nelson Thomson Learning (“Nelson”) grants the licensee a limited, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the Teacher’s Resource CD-ROM. This is a single-user license.

The licensee shall not make, or have made, or permit to be made copies of the Teacher’s Resource CD-ROM or the software contained herein, except for backup purposes.

The Teacher’s Resource CD-ROM and all documents on the Teacher’s Resource CD-ROM are protected by copyright. The licensee acknowledges that all rights in such works remain the property of Nelson and/or its suppliers.

The licensee shall not sell, assign, sub-license, or lease the Teacher’s Resource CD-ROM to any third party, without prior written consent from Nelson.

Nelson shall not be liable for any special, exemplary, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Teacher’s Resource CD-ROM.
